APO544, (1956). 2 vols. & Synopsis (Vol I: 8"x 10", 179p; Vol. II: 14 1/4"x 11", 149p; Synopsis: 8"x 10", 10p), vol I & II, printed boards, bound by Arco fasteners, Synopsis printed wraps, good condition with some soiling. A very elaborate report of engineer construction in making additions to the Itazuke Air Base near Fukuoka, Kyushu, Japan, in support of the Japan Air Defense Force. Vol. I is a description of the project, costing and funding, and work accomplished; Vol. II consists of 26 as built drawings (mostly fold-out) and 41 documents supporting information in Vol. I. The Synopsis is in pocket in front of Vol. I. The work was accomplished and the report completed by the 802D Engineer Aviation Battalion.
