(various pages), cloth, leather spines and corners, some wear to edges, especially corners, g-vg. Testimony, proceedings, etc. relative to the taking of land in the village of Niagara Falls, New York. Volume one contains Part I, Part II; Volume two contains Part II continued; Volume three contains Part II continued and Part III. Printed on the spine is J. Hampden Robb-presumably this was his copy of the Proceedings. James Hampden Robb (1846-1911) was a New York state senator from 1884-1185 where he was active in securing the State Reservation at Niagara, of which he was commissioner from 1883-1887.
